Enactus ESDES
| Sept. 2011 to June 2013 |
Purpose : an international social entreprenership program that aims to help people in need. I was co-responsible of the project “les roues de l’espoir” (The wheels of Hope) that we entirely developed.
The concept : an educative booklet to sensitize children about road safety and help disoriented youth to get their driving license through the money raised by the booklets sales.
My contributions:
- Team coordinator
- Conception and realization of the 20 pages booklet in collaboration with teachers and designers ;
- Price negotiation with procurement suppliers ;
- Main contact with partners and company buyers (especially during the sales)
Achievements : our project was rewarded by the Vinci Foundation, giving me the opportunity to attend the international Enactus competition in Washington DC in October 2012.
Henkel Innovation Challenge 5
| November 2011 to March 2012 |
The challenge : Participation with a friend to a business game to challenge ourselves. The goal was to invent a new product for 2030 taking into consideration the strategic orientation of Henkel.
The concept : We developed a double innovation : a multi-purpose solution to clean, protect, reinforce, soften and iron clothes, that can be adapted to everyone’s needs thanks to the use of digital tools (The Cube) + a technological case refillable with these ecological soap doses (The Mind)
My contributions :
- Invention of a captive business model ;
- Marketing mix elaboration ;
- Presentation design
Achievements : Our project was one of the 10 projects selected to the national competition
Make it at esdes

The challenge : creating a non institutional website to present the work of ESDES students to other students, administrative and professionals.
The concept : Exclusively created and animated by students, makeitatesdes community is composed of a HTML5 interactive platform, a social media community and an association that gathers the content and organizes events.
My contributions :
- Project leader : I was one of the project coordinator for the creation of the online platform (elaboration of the website structure and design) ;
- Head of the content department : I was in charge of writing and validating all the content posted online (around 300 articles written, and 150 projects gathered within 2 months) ;
Achievements :
- A platform 100% created by students
- Almost 2 years of existence and still a success!

Emera

The challenge: Study the expectations of potential customers for a premium senior-care organization.
The concept : Emera is a French luxury retirement home with 32 properties in France and Switzerland. Welcoming elderly as well as dependent old people, Emera proposes a premium service, insisting on the individualized approach and the importance of well-being. All structures are unique and provides medicalized facilties for every type of dependency.
My contributions :

International Marketing Works

The challenge: Assessing market opportunities for establishing a new innovative brand to be seen as a pioneer in the golf market.
The concept: Establishment of a center for golf-excellence in Scotland including a golf club manufacturing company, whose idea is to introduce a new premium brand, built upon the rich Scottish heritage in terms of golf history and reputation.
My contributions: Consulting Project Leader
